Spielberk Office Centre is an office complex situated on the river Svratka shore. This complex of buildings includes offices, shopping centra and Marriott Hotel positioned in Spielberk Tower. In the middle of the areal is a small lake surrounded by ornamental shrubs, flowerbeds and fishes living inside the lake. Throughout the whole complex, there are green grass areas flowing like a river.
Adam-zahradnická, a.s. cooperated on this project with company Zahrady Zapletal, s.r.o. and supply of grass roles was delivered by Dutch company Direct Gazon.
