In 2006, a reconstruction of playing field in this arena and development of new training pitches took place. Part of the reconstruction of the main playing field of the stadium was an installation of a heating grate and irrigation system. Reconstruction was made by company Philipp Sportovní trávníky, a.s., which has for the first in the Czech Republic used a new brand technology Fibersand. Given this fact, it was decided that for creation of grass surface there would not be grass sod used but a classical seeding method. Partner for a supply of seeds for both main playing field and training pitches was company Barenbrug. Since 2006, the pitch has been under reconstruction for three times, the last using RPR Barenbrug blend for the last renovation. Period from seeding to putting the pitch into operation had been managed to shorten for 7 weeks.
