Golf tournament KLM Open on the course The Dutch in Dutch Spijk

The KLM Open is the first european golf tournament in The Netherlands since September each year. Last year 2016, this tournament was held at The Dutch course in the town of Spijk in central Holland. This golf course is one of the newer ones. Designed by 2010's Ryder Cup captain Colin Motgomeri as inland links, it was built in 2011. Since 2014, this preparation has been part of the massive fairway and tees of the new regenerating clay perennial RPR. The course was mainly based on red skeletons and it was necessary to look for a richer variant. The result is more durable lawns while keeping the mower low and the felting smaller. The KLM Open also showed that this trip was the right one.
